The heart of Ministry 323 is to live out Colossians 3:23 by equipping student-athletes with workshops focused on both career growth and spiritual development.
Noah Torres and Christa Westheimer lead Ministry 323 with a shared passion for serving student-athletes. Drawing on their experience in sports management, college athletics, career development, and ministry, they seek to equip and encourage leaders in who they are, who they serve, and the impact they can make.

Noah Torres
As a former collegiate athlete, Noah is passionate about supporting student-athletes, understanding firsthand the mental and spiritual challenges of college athletics and the importance of guidance for life and career beyond sports. He currently serves at his alma mater, Grace Leadership College (GLC), a satellite campus of Southeastern University, where he disciples, mentors, and teaches university students. Noah is also pursuing a Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Christa Westheimer
Christa brings over five years of experience in the sports management industry. A graduate of the nation’s top Sport Management program at Rice University, she now works at Deloitte, specializing in college athletics initiatives. Guided by her faith, Christa is passionate about returning to campuses to provide career counseling and personal development workshops, helping student-athletes successfully navigate the transition from school to professional life.

WHAT WE DO
Ministry 323 visits college campuses, engaging with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committees, to engage student-athletes in a one-hour workshop.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
Ministry 323 guides student-athletes through interactive career development workshops tailored to their campus needs. Sessions focus on personal branding, resume review, networking, and informational interviews, helping athletes identify the impact they want to make and connect with careers that align with their goals.
FAITH-BASED SERMONETTE
Ministry 323 also presents a faith-based sermonette that applies practical biblical principles to encourage student-athletes through both the highs and lows of college life. These sessions inspire athletes to work wholeheartedly for the Lord, as Colossians 3:23 says, ‘Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.'
